“This is a very functional and sturdy product that works well and looks great. It takes some work to get setup, but most systems like this do. The quick-releases work great. The rails have a lot of room to mount things front and back to get things off the desk. Cable management is very good. monitor arms move smoothly and it's easy to arrange monitors. There are a few issues.
1) The monitor brackets are quite stiff, so it can take some effort to use the tl and rotate and get the monitors positioned exactly how you want and then back.
2) Just using extension arms the monitors don't line up vertically. There should be a fine tune adjustment on the monitor bracket or they should offer one. I ultimately purchased the spring arms replacing one extension arm per monitor. It's easy to get them almost perfect with them, but they are expensive. BTOD should offer the spring arms as an othering option.
3) It would-be nice of there was a quick-release at the monitor so it can be removed with a flat back rather than the monitor bracket sticking out preventing you from laying the monitor on its back unless you unscrew it from the monitor bracket.”
