“Took a chance on this used as-is chair on a recommendation from their Youtube video on it and I could not be more happy with my decision! In my opinion, BTOD is the most comprehensive source of data and reviews of office chairs of all price ranges. I've previously purchased a different chair on their recommendation and I love that chair as well so I knew that this chair would be good, but it is in on another level! The only thing I noticed was a few minor cosmetic blemishes but the chair operates perfectly.
