“Unfortunately this item did not seem appetising to my dog, when you open the lid it is a beige powder and you get a yeasty smell, I don’t think there is any added flavouring to appeal to them. I tried sprinkling it on the food, he refused the whole plate, I tried making it into a paste and wrapping it in deli meat, he spat it out, and finally I mixed it with the Poop Support as it was getting too much for me to fight twice with him on a daily basis. But after nearly a month with no great improvements I am giving up force feeding him, he runs away when he sees the syringe and tries to hide his head. Vet says health wise there are no problems and we will have to manage it unless major issues come up. It could just be my dog as his breed is a notorious fussy eater.”
We are sorry to see that your boy doesn't like taking out probiotic powder. The taste is umami. We also have a probiotic chew so we will reach out to you and see if you would like to try him with that as it often helps dogs that do not want to take the powder.

“This product is amazing. We've used it since we adopted our retired greyhound and it's been just the best for him. Even when we had 40 degrees temps and other people seemed to be struggling with dogs having diarrhoea, we had none. Just our usual firm poos. It's been easy to introduce as it's mixed in with his food too. Half his does given at breakfast and half on an evening with his tea. The only downfall is the scoop inside the tub can get lost at the bottom, so if you had a tub before keep the scoop. They have the chew options too and these smell and look a bit like a stock cube. Superb value, and i would highly HIGHLY recommend this to anyone whose dog has a bit of an upset tummy. As one famous probiotic drink advert says "top up your good bacteria)"”
