We explained to you previously that we do not store your card details, however they do need to be stored via the software we use so that when you set up a subscription, as you did, then the payment can be taken for the timeframe you have set up, eg 30 days. We removed your payment details and ensured your subscription was cancelled as soon as you contacted us. By setting up a subscription you are able to access our products at 10% off.
