I have been asked to pay another $80.00 for the company to re colour my new bathers. The company now hasn’t replied to my email asking to reassess their decision.”

I did respond to your latest email on the same day you had sent it, and have resent this upon reading your review.
As mentioned, it is a little difficult to guarantee that your swimwear would come out the exact same colours as your oil painting on canvas, as you had uploaded a photograph onto your DIY design, which included shadows and glare, which has caused the variances in colours on the final product.
Comparing the swimsuit directly with the canvas itself is not a fair comparison.
We have offered to remake the swimsuit for you free of charge (usually $100) and get our design team to manually correct your photograph for a design fee of $80, but you have declined this offer.
More than happy to help you get a new swimsuit closer to your desired, true colours, but we need to edit your image file that you have, and this will take some time for our design team to work on.
