Checking your original order, seems you ordered a 28 and received a 28, so you were sent the 'correct' size according to your order. Sorry to hear your new order didn't arrive in time for your holiday. I can see it was dispatched the very next business day after placing it and arrived in 4 days - within the 3-5 day eta we provide.
