“The product itself seems to work pretty well for preventing bug bites. I'm not fond of the scent--I find it too much like citronella. I could smell it right through the shipping bag. Shipping, was prompt; however shipping packaging is terrible. Bags are unpadded and there is no material in the thin shipping bag to protect the product. One bottle I received (of 3) leaked all over the bag, causing loss of about 1/3 of a bottle of product. When I reported this issue, I told the company that lack of product protection is a real problem. They sent me a replacement bottle and the SAME THING HAPPENED -- the product leaked all over the bag, causing a loss of 1/4-1/3 of product. Unless this company improves its packaging for shipment, I am unlikely to order from them again.”
