“My order was for 10 but I only received 9. A couple of bottles were sticky so I figured you had to remove 1. Your statement it might not ship complete covered the shortage so I did not call. I just received my next shipment and it was not included. So I am short one bottle of what I paid for.

“I did not ok future monthly shipments of the concentrate. I just received a shipment which was damaged and left a mess all over my mail and packages. I wrote two previous emails about this and to stop sending monthly shipments. I’ve already informed PayPal not to pay for any future charges.”
