“I have not received the BugMd order that I was notified was delivered 4/19/22, order # S 3745956 by UPS & reported by Delivery person to have been dropped in mailbox into a locked vestibule. This area cannot be entered from outside. I must believe it was, therefor not put in mail slot but left at door & was stollen. Since my credit card on file was charged I am not pleased!! I had notified the company that I did not need any more after being notified on 4/20/22. Requested to end future deliveries.”

“I had canceled my subscription well before they sent me more and they had notified me that iMY ORDER which I did not make was on the way. I had unsubscribed , not because the product is bad, but I'm on a fixed budget and just can't afford it now. I was charged $32.50 at my bank for overdraft and had they canceled when I asked them to I would not have lost the $32.50 plus their charge. I will not get into a recurring order again. It's very hard to stop them from taking your money.”
