“I confirmed that I had Pantry Moths that feed on grains, not woolen clothing. The first day I set up a single trap as a trial. It is safe and very effective. I have at least fifty moths in the trap, many more than I expected. I believe these pests will be a thing of the past in no time. I do want to say thank you for a great design that actually works as advertised.”
“Problem is that once you order, you are pushed to buy more. Not sure how it happened that the pantry version was added to my bill. I called within 30 minutes when I received the bill to cancel that part of the order. I was informed that it was too late (30 minutes after having ordered and not ordered and I was told that I would receive what I had not ordered and upon receivable in the post, I could send back the unordered articles at my expense so $11 to be d reimbursed $36. So in other words I will only be reimbursed $36-11= $25 for products I did not want! Wait to see if the other products I ordered work or not. But not happy with the service as I cannot believe that the customer service could not rectify directly. First time experience and pushing to buy more”
