QUIT SENDING EMAILS IMMEDIATELY. I’m considering returning your product. As it turns out, I don’t need it. Haven’t even opened or used any of the product.
In the meantime, between ordering, and FINALLY receiving the product, I recd ANOTHER 2 emails from your company harassing me - wondering how I’m doing, how I like the product… Your office needs some training in customer service. People are too busy with ‘necessary’ online communication, we don’t hv time for your annoying, pesky emails. Please stop immediately. Thank you.

“I've used this spray but it's not working like I want it to. It don't kill on the spot. But I spray around where the bugs are. I still use what I got hoping to kill more but I don't see many. Most are babies and hard to get to when they are on things that don't need to get wet.”
“I don't understand what bed bugs are,they don't look like the pictures. They look like along black thing.I sprayed the two bottles, I live in a senior community. They sent someone around, but I wasn't home.They hey gave four units these pads.I think like it happened overnight,.I woke up with my leg bleeding. The office was closed,so I went on the internet and found you.I think it's helped, but I looked around and I see little black drops by my windows and on my clothes. I have a new mattress it's only 6 months old.I just funny that they sent someone around for four units.I PRAY THAT IT will Go Away.Please advise me,what l need ,I'm afraid to open my closets.
