“Insofar as I could mix the 4 oz. solution with 27oz.'s of 'cold' water with some measure of accuracy, which is to say, I cannot --I could only approximate 27 ounces short of having a precision implement -- I shall rate your product good but not as inevitable an extermination device as you retail that it is.
On applying this today, the application did, indeed, verily slow the motion of roaches and in some instances, stop them at once. Therefore, and in all fairness, I fancy that this result may be due in part to my having mixed slightly more water than the recommended 27 ounces of the same, mitigating the action of the concentrate. But, again, this speaks to the importance of the customer having a means to measure accurately the ratio of concentrate to water.
I suggest that future orders be sent to customers availed with a measuring device -- as regards the net result of doing this, it should not cost you any more to do so: viz., your product, however, may serve best with less than the 27 ounces of water that you instruct the customer to import and maybe the solution itself may need be afforded an even stronger concentration the likes of which matches the apparent extreme resistance that the insects themselves -- as do viruses -- tend to develop over time and in certain geographical locations.
Furthermore, of this assessment and to the end of your resolving to a measure that features less hyperbole, I strongly suggest that your marketing department first design a much more legible container with instructions whose font is much larger -- the print on the concentrate bottle itself proves prohibitive in terms of availing the customer quality that you convey. The illegibility of the print alone confounds rather than conveys!: it proves just too small, which makes this all suspect...possibly deceptive...as if there exists something inherently that you undertake to hide.”
