“I purchased two bottles and only received one. I contacted customer service who is requiring me to take a picture of my packaging and the products I did receive. Luckily for me I did not throw it away, however, how would anyone know to keep their packaging???? Poor customer service process. I have never been asked to do that.”
“Just got it and spray bottle is missing part of the sprayer and one of the two bottles that have the concentrate was empty but sealed like it was filled. I was about to contact you about this and hope it can be replaced.”
