“The product does work as promised. I love that it's natural not harsh chemicals. My purchase came with one bottle of concentrate empty due to a lid not screwed on tight. It was cross threaded and leaked in the shipping package. The pantry month traps were a wonderful surprise gift. I would recommend the product if you have any kind of bugs n want to get rid of them.”
