“I have put out 3 stations where I usually have a high population of flying insects, flys and fruitflys… I have not caught ONE but on the sticky plate!! Quite dissatisfied. My second box is still taped up. I think it will be returned”
“When I rec'd order, asked where the colored bulbs were, since your posted ad showed them & stated that some insects were drawn to different lites...never got a reply. Plugged in 3 units & have had on since getting them, but am VERY disappointed...only 3 little gnats collected ! Now I'll tell you that we DO have a roach & gnat issue in the house & are constantly swatting them. In fact, I change out my sticky catch boxes weekly because they get pretty filled ! If I don't get any better results in a week, you'd better advise how to return fir refund. When asked to edit review & send pic of unit, I tried, but site said I was denied, so again, please advise how to make return for refund. By the way, put one of the units in a pet area where there ARE active bugs because of food in dishes & not ONE was in trap after 24 hrs. Think about it, if you DO have bugs, they're out at night, so go away when lights are turned ON !”
