1 was missing the piece that affixed the bulb to the top.
One just didn’t work put a bulb in it that was working and it still didn’t work.
Was upsold on the monthly subscription, which apparently started immediately, for the replacement pads.
They actually work but probably over priced for the materials and you have to cover them with a milk crate or laundry basket because the openings are large and what cat isn’t gonna want to stick their feet in there.”
