“So i bought 6 stations to put around the house having 8 dogs, 4 cats , and a boarding facility. I was so excited thinking i was going to catch something which i did mostly little tiny gnats and a few flies thank god no fleas my only complaint is that in a matter of a few weeks all of the bulbs blew out. Very very disappointed. I wrote to company and they sent me 2 more stations why I dont know so now i have to go out and buy more bulbs and i guess more pads. Almost wish i could have just sent them back and got a refund. Next time i will probably just get something that goes into outlet without the plug and wire looks a little untidy.”
“I haven’t tried them yet. When I was trying to set up my order, your billing kept saying it didn’t go through. So I did wait awhile and tried again. After the third try that didn’t go through, I erased everything and decided not to order. So now I am frustrated because I have received TWO sets. How do I send them back?”
