“The French vanilla flavored protein powder is a good product having only four ingredients and is 130 calories per scoop. The volume per bag is ‘a win’ having 30 scoops equivalent to about a month’s supply if having a shake once per day. That being said, though not a criticism, the flavor is a bit too sweet although it may be indicative to ‘French’ vanilla as opposed to vanilla bean flavor. There is a difference. For me, I prefer the latter over the former. It would be nice to have a standard vanilla yet that may be asking too much. But I would say that the one unfortunate aspect of this powder is that it doesn’t seem to mix well; it clumps up despite how rigorous I mix it. By way of comparison I purchased the chocolate peanut butter protein powder and it mixed nicely with relatively no clumps. Thus, I’d give this flavor 4 stars out of 5.”
“It was basically flavorless, I mean I can see the effort but I would stick to the chocolate Dutch one or the peanut butter whey. But I’m sticking to this protein powder because of the ingredients and great protein macros for each scoop. Unmatched”
“Have you changed the formulation? I’ve been buying this stuff for a few years now, and this latest batch seems different. It doesn’t mix as well in milk with a spoon - it clumps up more. Not a big deal, I usually steam it in milk for my latte and it’s fine. Seems a little thicker/creamier. Just curious.”
