After midday full body- ninja blend 1 scoop with blueberries, 1/2 banana, ice and water. 4 ingredients reasonable price. You can get it delivered to the door pretty much when you want.

“Like the protein but not a big fan of the stevia taste. I found that preparing a smoothie with the protein and mixing in two tbsp of creamy almond butter helps lower the stevia flavor. It certainly is filling”
