“I placed my order Nov 17th (13 days ago) and I am still waiting for the product. Not very good logisitcs. It states the product is manufactured in Canada and was expecting it to ship from Canada but it ships from the USA back into Canada. I signed up for the monthly subscription and I am wondering if it was worth it as it seems I might have to wait between shipments.

“I'm sure pre workout supplements work differently for everyone but I was surprised by this stuff here. I didn't feel anything before and even after my workout like you do with some brands but the effect that I had with the product showed up during my workout. “I’ve used a lot of pre-workouts, and sixteen years of night shifts (ended in 2021) have had me overusing caffeine such that I’m sort of impervious to it. Fast forward to 2023 and I need a pre-workout that doesn’t overdrive me. After using previous pre-workout which had Alpha GPC which makes me very irritable for a day or so afterward, I figured I had to try something new.
This pre-workout has less caffeine AND theanine, which definitely keeps me from being overstimulated while also helping with my lifts. Most importantly, it doesn’t have Alpha-GPC, which means I don’t have to worry about irritability afterward.
This pre-workout has the RIGHT ingredients but doesn’t throw everything-and-the-kitchen-sink into the formula. I’m really glad they make it. Now they just need a few more flavors.”
