“I’ve used a lot of pre-workouts, and sixteen years of night shifts (ended in 2021) have had me overusing caffeine such that I’m sort of impervious to it. Fast forward to 2023 and I need a pre-workout that doesn’t overdrive me. After using previous pre-workout which had Alpha GPC which makes me very irritable for a day or so afterward, I figured I had to try something new.
This pre-workout has less caffeine AND theanine, which definitely keeps me from being overstimulated while also helping with my lifts. Most importantly, it doesn’t have Alpha-GPC, which means I don’t have to worry about irritability afterward.
This pre-workout has the RIGHT ingredients but doesn’t throw everything-and-the-kitchen-sink into the formula. I’m really glad they make it. Now they just need a few more flavors.”
