“From the minute I contacted you to the minute I received the tankard, your service has been absolutely excellent. Should I need anything engraving in future, I know where I'll be coming. On receipt it was immediately filled with beer by the "birthday boy" and there was much admiration and (on my part) lots of recommendations.”
