“Placed order at BuySend on Sunday, expecting it to be sent next day as per web site. Several days later got an email to say it would go out that day. Next day, got an email to say it would go out THAT day. At this stage I asked to be upgraded to first class postage. Got an email to say that my package HAD BEEN SENT (past tense) first class. Then got an email to say they had just found (after posting?) that one item was out of stock. Then got email to say that first class posted package would reach me in approx. five working days! Cancelled order completely. Guess what - the parcel that HAD BEEN POSTED (past tense) never arrived - so I'm guessing it hadn't actually been sent at all.”
