“This is potentially a superb tool but unfortunately it is let down by poor manufacture and/or quality control. The principal is sound but the incredibly sloppy thread on the width adjustment renders it virtually useless. This is the fault of Tandy, not BuySend who have been brilliant in addressing this problem.”

“A well made tool. Takes a while to get a good technique using it effectively. Take great care around the exposed blade. I'm sure it wouldn't cost the manufacturer a deal to add a plastic sheath for the exposed part of the blade.”
