“This artificial sinew seems reasonably strong lengthways. It pulls apart into strands sideways a bit more easily than I was hoping. Under the yellow wrapping, the product itself is actually a pretty decent natural-looking colour. Seems satisfactory so far though I haven't tested it under high strain yet.”

“I am using this product to bind paracord knots and other item I am building just for hobby: it's very strong and perfect for this purpose. I strongly recommend it, but not only for that ... The wax on the thread allows to stick on itself, so you can sometime avoid to tie more than necessary. In conclusion ... its fantastic!”

“I used this sinew to sew a skin on frame kayak, possibly the harshest test for the material. It is very strong (I use hand levers to pull the skin tight) and the soft wax locks the thread in place when pulled hard. Be aware that ordinary knots will slip with waxed sinew, use an 'eskimo' knot ( you tube ) and tie off securely.”
