“Not manufactured properly, eyes finished differently, one open one nearly closed and nose not finished properly, stitching missing, it looked like a 'manufactured second'. Sent pictures of defects and received a full refund.”

“The item was greatly received as my daughter loves Llama's. I had issue with the wrong address and I was a little frustrated when I advised your team about that issue, as they said they couldn't do much about it, as it was dispatched, I notified immediately once I made the order, so this didn't make sense. Apart from that it arrived in good time, given it was coming from the UK, and my daughter was delighted and loved her present.”
