“The nut screws on the bolt and the bolt screws into the nut. What more could you want? Well, both are plated, so that means they won't rust. Also both the nut and the bolt head are a standard metric size so that means standard metric spanners will fit them. Being a diameter if 16mm means that the bolt will fit through a minimum dimension hole of 16.5 mm. These bolts are ideal for fastening a towing ball onto a tow bar which is up to 50 mm thick.”
