“This Beware of the Dog sign is made well, and looks quite strong and sturdy to last a while outside in the elements. It comes with the appropriate screws to attach to a fence or whatever you want. However, I was very annoyed when I received the sign and found that it has a clear background instead of white. The picture shown on the website gives you the impression it is on a white background, when it's not. This should clearly be stated in the description of the sign. I wanted to attach my sign to my wooden fence, which is quite dark, but because the sign is clear, the wording doesn't show up well with the dark background. Which means I haven't been able to use it yet. I'm going to have to try and find some kind of white backing for it, that's weatherproof, or just buy another sign that already has the white background which is probably a cheaper option than having to construct something. If this sign had a white background I would have given it 5 stars, but as it is, I've given it three - purely because it seems to be well made - but I'm unable to use it unfortunately. For me personally, it wasn't good value for money.”
