“Never turned up. Never heard anything. The product was due to arrive in 1 week. After waiting 3 weeks, I asked where the product was. I simply had a notification saying that the product was not coming. I asked for a refund... Which I received promptly. Not happy. Needed transparency. The customer shouldn't have to request updates”
