“I was sent a different order to what was placed. I emailed the company to arrange a swap. The reply asked if I would like to suggest a refund amount and could I purchase a replacement part for the item - it was a cat placemat!!! A full refund has been sent without any quibble. However, it would have been nice if they had read my email correctly in the first place.”
