“I didn't receive this product as I canceled my order. I was told before purchasing that it would be dispatched the day after I bought it. I then got an email to say it wouldn't be dispatched for another seven days, I was most upset as I needed it in time for Christmas. I contacted Customer Care and they wouldn't arrange to send it to any earlier so I had to come my order and look for it elsewhere. Very disappointing especially as I had verification from them that item are dispatched the day after purchase. I won't be purchasing from buysend again.”
