“I ordered what is pictured and stated on the website, Mike. I received Sully. All my documentation and order forms and customs forms state Mike. Not happy with the situation considering when I asked for what I ordered, you wanted ME to pay to ship it back for your mistake! Then when I said I would, you stated you did not sell Mike. It is still listed on your website as Mike and pictured as Mike.”
