“Although the unit may function as it should - my personal experience with this product was that the needle / meter reading was either confusing or wrong. Initially the needle remained in the 'full' position for about 10-15 minutes, before moving to the 'half-full' position, where it stayed for between 2-3 hours...after which it moved to the 'full' position again. I disconnected the meter and fitted the battery into the car only to find that the battery hadn't fully charged and wasn't able to start my car with the charge that it had gained. I do believe the product works, as I have read other reviews, but on my first attempt I was following the meter reading and did not want to overcharge the battery {or leave it overnight, say, especially as the needle indicated 'full'}.”

“every thing ok except amp meter doesn't return to the off position is this normal.?”
