“When I found out that our Pro Shop was no longer able to source the golf spikes for my Footboy shoes, I was directed to the web to see if I could obtain supply. I had not dealt with BUYSEND previously. I was very impressed to receive an email from Paul Brown, enquiring if I had received my product and if I was satisfied. As it turned out, I had not yet received the spikes, but having recently ordered another product from the UK, I was not surprised that the mail was slow to Australia. I was very surprised to receive a personal email back from Paul, expressing his disappointment that the shipment had not arrived and willing to ship a replacement. I suggested we wait a few more days and as luck would have it, the spikes turned up within the week. Very impressive that over an order for golf spikes, which are low value items, would get this sort of personal service. Well done and highly recommended.”
