“The delivery date of my item was put back three times despite showing they had 4 items in stock when I ordered. I got fed up with waiting so asked for a cancellation and refund. A few day later I received an email, just addressed as Hi, couldn't even bother with my name, from the director trying to bribe me with the promise of £10.00 if I was prepared to change my one star to a five star rating on ebay. Customer service otherwise amounted to automated emails. I will not be using them again.”
