“The koala that was sent to me looks extremely different from your photo. I wish I could send a photo of it so you could see for yourself. It's ears are smaller and not as fluffy, it's mouth is not as defined as it hasn't the dark line of thread. It's eyes are not as cute or as distinctive. It looks so very different from your advertised one - have I got the right one ???? I'm sorry for this poor review but you wanted to know - I normally am.
