“The head boppers were in in themselves ok, but I couldn't use them ultimately because the wrong colour was sent. I did call about this and I was supposed to callback the following Monday however I was too busy organising the party they were for and forgot. The girl who took the call, however, was very helpful and I think would have sorted this out had I called back. (I called at an awkward time, 4.30 or so on a Friday). No worries, cheers L Macdonald”
