“Hi I did not receive the costume as I had 4different emails changing the delivery date. I needed the costume a for the 11 th and I had ordered it on the 2nd. It ended up I was not going to get it until the 12 th do I phoned up and cancelled the costume and got a refund”

“The item never arrived. Every 2 days I had a message to say it had been delayed. This was going on since May. You should not have the item for sale if it isn't available. However I received my money back promptly when requested, so thank you for that.”
