“A lightweight butane powered high heat cooking delight. I had seen these items used many times by chefs on TV to cook/finish off items before serving, but it's not until you use one yourself that you realise how efficient they are. I had two store purchased crème brulee desserts which had cooking instructions for the hard melted sugar top of 15 minutes under a high temperature preheated grill .... 90 seconds after starting with the torch all done and back in fridge for later eating.”
