“Because I could not always find answers to my search on the website, I now call when I have questions. Jenna is amazing on the phone! Always cheerful and helpful. She is 5 stars. Searching on the website can be time consuming, especially if you are looking for specific sized or configured items. This requires searching through lists of items, clicking on the individual items and reading specs. Another issue, I type "maple end table" in the search box, I get a listing of everything with the words "Maple", "End" or "Table". My overall suggestion is have the web developer link multiple more delineating ways to search for items or have a sidebar which allows one to narrow down the search process by choosing options.”
