“First, we are very satisfied with the design, construction and quality of the buffet.
Second, the eventual delivery personnel did a nice job and we found absolutely no shipping damage (scratches or dings).
Third, the entire delivery process was a mess. We were called to schedule a delivery appointment, only to be told the next day that the piece did not make it onto the truck. We were told it would be picked up on the next load, probably a week later. Then we were called and told that when they went to pick it up, it wasn't there at the factory. My wife made a call and we then heard from another shipper, who eventually delivered it. The entire "shipping process" was about three weeks long.
Last, we are disappointed in the stain. We had you send us samples and you sent samples on the actual wood we chose. When the shippers were carrying it in we were like, "Huh?" It is darker than what we wanted or expected. We did not call "Service" because we felt it was not a scratch or broken leg or something else that would require the piece being repaired or replaced.
