“Beautifully handcrafted and sleek looking recliner, very comfortable for my 6'2" husband. The quarter sawed oak grain is stunning together with the Paprika leather, like a dark plum color looks great together and matches our existing sofa nicely. The recliner actually takes up less space and is less intrusive in our small living room than the former more traditional nail head aged leather recliner which it replaced. We were very satisfied with the care of delivery and final outcome.”
“Had they gotten the original order correct and sent the chair with the power recliner as ordered, it would have been a five star purchase. Instead, they sent the wrong chair which had to be returned so that the power option could be added. That added three more weeks to the final delivery. When I asked for some sort of a cut in price, a discount was never even discussed or acknowledged for my inconvenience.”
