“The website was fine and we are pleased with the product (Brooklyn Wall Unit/Bookcase). We were able to do some customization. The wait was SEVEN MONTHS, which seems excessive. We ordered mid-November and it was delivered June 8, after 4-6 completion dates that were promised, but not kept. Although the bookcases came with wall attachments for added stability, the people who delivered them said they were not authorized to attach the bookcases to the wall. Wish we wouldn't have paid for inside, full set-up delivery.”
