“I ordered a four-person glider from Cabinfield as a Christmas gift for a family member. The delivery date indicated on the website, upon which I relied when deciding to order with Cabinfield was in March. The glider was delayed by several months and the communication from Cabinfield was terrible. I had to reach out for updates. Responses took days and were inaccurate. They offered no recompense or satisfactory explanation. The glider is nice. A piece was broken during shipping. I didn't bother to contact Cabinfield and just fixed it myself.”
