“I’ve had the WRONG tv stand sitting in my living room now for 3 weeks!!! Ordered and PAID for a custom tv stand ($1275.00) that still isn’t here!!! Also ordered a custom shelf unit that the 1st 25% was paid for but haven’t heard a word!!! Your customer service rep has always been pleasant but where are my orders??? Truthfully, why ask for my opinions (this is my second response) when you company never answers??? Once again, the craftsmanship is excellent. I do have the Elkshorn curio cabinet, an Elkshorn tv stand(but NOT the one I ordered and paid for) and an order for a custom shelf unit that the 1st 25% has been paid for. What IS going on? No problem collecting MY money... right???”
