“Just as I ordered, excellent quality and value. Was after the rosewood can but that was out of stock and I required a cane for a newly promoted cadet CSM so went for the dark oak. Delivery was average by Royal Mail. It arrived the day after expected and was missed and had to pick it up from the main post office. Other delivery agents let you track your order and give a window of delivery, food for thought for the future?”
