“I am extremely frustrated as my order 500017784 which was placed in early January 2023 has not arrived. I have looked at tracking information from PBT and they say a card was left on the 10 Januarry2023 which did not happen, have tried to have it redelivered, unsuccessful and now it is nearly a month later and still have not received my order.”
“I bought 3 dryer balls and found them to be great for smaller drying loads. I do wonder if I should buy another 3 for when I have a larger load, particularly for when drying sheets however, there is no guidance on the website for the recommended balls to drying load.”
