“I was excited about these, but unfortunately, disappointed. The volume they hold is so minimal - the top part is as expected but then they flatten out so much that you can barely fill them with anything, it is a real shame. Can't recommend.”

“The silicone is good quality, not thin or flimsy, lids close properly. They are small in volume, but perfect for my preschoolers. They both loved them and they were able to squeeze out the frozen smoothie on their own.”

Hi Michelle, yes! Just run under warm water for a little bit before eating and you will be able to push them up much easier.
