“The canvas itself is great. However, the customer service was lacking. When I got my purchase receipt email, the delivery date was noted as 12/24, which was great because I ordered for a Christmas gift. The canvas arrived a little less than a week later. Not ideal, but I expected it due to the time of year and COVID. Not a major issue but a tad bit disappointing. What I didn’t appreciate (and the reason I took away 2 stars) was when I got my email stating my order shipped there was no tracking info aside from a bogus reference number, which I waited 2 days before even trying since I know it usually takes some time to register in the courier’s system. I then emailed asking for the tracking number only to get an automated reply that I’d get a response in 9 business days… NINE DAYS?!?!! All in all love the canvas, but not certain I’d order here again.”
