“Your company misled me by making me think you were located in Canada and by telling me you were going to deliver before CHRISTMAS (DEC21-22)....what a surprise to find out you were in Austin Texas when I called. Your agent assured me that delivery was still scheduled for Dec 22 but when on Dec 23 I had not received anything...I called again and was told that delivery had changed to Dec. 29. I CAN NOT TELL YOU HOW UPSET I AM, as this was a Christmas present for my brother...he is now gone back to his home far away....YOU MISLED ME and never will use your company or recommend it to anyone...If I had known the 1st time I called that it would not make it on time, I could have gotten it done at Walmart in 48 hours I found out and I would have had a gift for my brother (which included à picture of his daughter who juste died at 20 year's old). Now the package will arrive when we will have all left...don't know how I will get it to my brother. You left me with a mess!! I have nothing more to say! Diane Lafrance 8199181727”
